Teck Soo has more than 20 years experience in taxation gained whilst with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and later in public accounting practice. Her area of expertise covers corporate, personal, business, and goods and services tax. In addition to handling the compliance work for corporate and personal tax clients, she has also provided advice on tax planning, cross border transactions, tax audits and has undertaken due diligence work on business acquisitions.
