Experience

Upon his graduation from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Jack embarked on his career with a Big 4 accounting firm, having served as an intern in the Big 4 accounting firm when he was an undergraduate. Jack then joined Foo Kon Tan LLP. Jack has provided leadership and guidance on teams of audit professionals under his charge, in the conduct of audits in accordance with the relevant auditing and financial reporting standards. He has worked closely with clients' board committees and senior management to provide audit plans and deliverables, including key assessing clients' finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance functions, including corporate governance and internal controls. He has assisted clients in reviewing the preparation of quarterly (or half-yearly) and full-year results announcements and annual report for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. He has also performed financial due diligence reviews for acquisitions and has been involved in projects as reporting accountant for companies seeking public listing. Jack works with a diverse client portfolio comprising Singapore and overseas public listed companies, multinational corporations, small-medium enterprises, and owner-managed businesses in various industries and sectors.
