Chan Ser is a senior manager in the Audit Practice with more than 13 years of audit experience. He joined FKT from a big 4 firm. Chan Ser’s audit experience covers local and multi-national companies in a wide range of industries, including real estate, aerospace, pharmaceutical, healthcare and diversified industrials.

Experience

He had been engaged in the provision of accounting work services which included consolidation and preparation of consolidation package and consolidated financial statements of the Group of entities under Temasek, CapitaLand and MOH Holdings Pte Ltd. The accounting work services included preparation and monitoring over the completion of consolidation works for group of entities with complex structure, and significant acquisition & divestment activities; he was also actively involved in the streamlining of consolidation journal entries to facilitate future review and performance of consolidation work. Chan Ser has extensive experience in serving government-linked companies, statutory boards and healthcare service providers. He had conducted consolidation trainings for clients and internally to audit staff at his previous work place and was also involved in the development of comprehensive online consolidation learning module.
