· providing valuation services on fair value of business, complex financial instruments, and intangible and other assets, as well as critique on other valuers’ reports, for financial reporting purpose;
· assisting companies and shareholders ascertaining enterprise and equity values for M&A and other private transactions;
providing litigation support in assessing damages, loss of profits, and providing critical analysis of valuation reports by other parties in court, arbitration, and other adversarial proceedings involving parties, shareholders, and employees;
